Terms of Use
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Stock Solution, Inc., doing business as MADE ON SITE (“MADE ON SITE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of:
our website at madeonsite.co (the “Site”)
our customer portal at my.madeonsite.co (the “Portal”)
our mobile apps for iOS and Android (the “Apps”)
related online tools, content, and communications
Together, these are the “Services.” By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Business use. The Services are for businesses, mainly hotels and hospitality operators. When you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you have authority to bind that organization, and that “you” in these Terms includes that organization. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Services for your organization’s internal business purposes.
Customer agreements control. The MOS System, concentrate boxes, installation, service, and any other products or services you order are governed by your separate written agreement with us, such as a customer, supply, or services agreement, quote, or order form (a “Customer Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement controls.
Portal accounts and acceptable use
Accounts. Portal accounts are created for authorized users of our customers. You agree to:
give us accurate information and keep it up to date
keep your login credentials confidential
tell us right away at info@madeonsite.co if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Your organization may add, change, or remove its users. We may suspend or disable an account at any time to protect the Services or our customers, or if these Terms are breached.
Acceptable use. You agree not to:
copy, resell, sublicense, frame, or commercially exploit the Services, except as these Terms allow
reverse engineer, decompile, or try to get the source code of the Services, the MOS System software, or its firmware, except where the law expressly allows it
interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the Services or the MOS System
use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Services without our written permission
use the Services to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark against us for a competitor
upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading
use the Services in violation of any law
Mobile apps
License. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your organization’s internal business purposes.
Updates and notifications. The Apps may update automatically. Some features require an update before you can keep using them. By using the Apps, you agree to receive service and operational notifications, such as alerts, reorder reminders, and support messages. You can manage push notifications in your device settings.
Permissions. Some features need access to location, camera, Bluetooth, local network, photos, or other device features. We use that access as described in our Privacy Policy. If you deny a permission, related features may not work.
App stores. You must also follow the terms of the app store you download the Apps from. For Apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store:
Parties. These Terms are between you and MADE ON SITE only, not Apple. MADE ON SITE, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and their content.
Scope of license. Your license is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Apps.
Warranty. If an App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Apps.
Claims. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Apps. That includes product liability claims, claims that an App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and third-party claims that an App infringes intellectual property rights. MADE ON SITE is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any intellectual property claim, as these Terms provide.
Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms. You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when using the Apps, such as your wireless carrier’s terms.
Third-party beneficiaries. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Questions or complaints about the Apps can be sent to the contact details in Section 9.
Intellectual property, feedback, and data
Our property. MADE ON SITE or its licensors own the Services and everything in them. That includes:
text, graphics, photos, video, software, designs, calculators, and reports
the MOS System name, MADE ON SITE and other trademarks, logos, and trade dress
These are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services in Section 1, we do not grant you any rights. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them freely, without restriction and without paying or crediting you. You agree not to send us information you consider confidential unless it is covered by a Customer Agreement or a signed confidentiality agreement.
Your information and equipment data. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Between you and us, MADE ON SITE owns, or has the right to use, operational data generated by the Services and the MOS System. This includes usage, performance, diagnostic, and quality data, along with aggregated or de-identified data made from it. We may use that data to provide, support, secure, and improve our products and services, and for analytics and benchmarking. When we share it outside MADE ON SITE, it will be in a form that does not identify you or your property, unless a Customer Agreement says otherwise or you agree.
Estimates, calculators, and testimonials
The Services may include savings figures, such as “up to 50% lower cost” or “up to 30% higher productivity,” along with calculators, sustainability estimates, case studies, and testimonials. Please keep in mind:
Illustrations only. These are for general information. They are based on assumptions, on typical or past results at specific properties, or both.
Results vary. Actual results depend on factors such as occupancy, usage, labor practices, pricing, and local conditions.
No guarantees. They are not a promise, warranty, or offer of any particular result.
Testimonials. They reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people quoted.
Any commitments about performance, pricing, uptime, or service apply only if they are stated in a Customer Agreement.
Product images, specifications, and descriptions are for illustration and may change without notice.
Third-party services and links
The Services may link to, or work with, websites, tools, and services we do not control. Examples include scheduling tools, payment processors, and partner brand sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and is at your own risk.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Disclaimers. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADE ON SITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, ESTIMATE, OR REPORT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A CUSTOMER AGREEMENT:
No indirect damages. MADE ON SITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
Cap. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity, termination, and changes
Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MADE ON SITE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from:
your misuse of the Services
your breach of these Terms
your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights
Suspension and termination. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Services, or suspend or end your access, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Doing so does not affect any obligations under a Customer Agreement. These sections survive termination: 4 (intellectual property, feedback, and data), 5 (estimates), 7 (disclaimers and liability), 8 (indemnity), and 9 (disputes and general terms).
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and change the effective date. If we make material changes, we will also give notice another way, such as an email or a notice in the Portal. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
